Ich weiß, viele mögen rote Kratom-Sorten nicht, aber für mich sind sie die besten. Sie sind am wirksamsten und beruhigendsten, sorgen für mentale Entspannung und lindern Schmerzen. Außerdem haben sie praktisch keinen Einfluss auf den Schlaf; man kann sie vor dem Schlafengehen einnehmen und friedlich einschlafen.

Man geht allgemein davon aus, dass die rote Teesorte den höchsten Gehalt an aktiven Alkaloiden aufweist, aber ich habe das anders empfunden. Dies ist wahrscheinlich der einzige Tee, den ich abends trinken kann, ohne Schlafprobleme zu bekommen. Er hat zudem hervorragende schmerzlindernde und entspannende Eigenschaften. Was er mir allerdings definitiv nicht gibt, ist ein Energieschub.

Spezifische rote Sorten… manchen gefallen sie sehr, und sie sagen, dass sie die höchste Konzentration an wirksamen Stoffen haben… anderen gefallen sie im Gegenteil nicht. Meiner Meinung nach ist das wahrscheinlich die einzige Sorte, die man auch kurz vor dem Schlafengehen konsumieren kann, ohne dass die Schlafqualität darunter leidet, wie der Autor oben schrieb

Ich war nie ein Fan von rotem Kratom, ich habe immer die grüne Sorte bevorzugt. Meiner Meinung nach liegt der Vorteil des roten Kratoms darin, dass es das Einschlafen erleichtert und ein Gefühl von Erholung beim Aufwachen gibt. Wenn ich grüne Sorten kurz vor dem Schlafengehen genommen habe, fühlte ich mich am nächsten Morgen oft schlapp.

Not sure why this strain gets so much hate. Yeah, it’s a bit different from the others, but it still has its place.
At the very least, it does what it’s supposed to — helps with discomfort and lifts your mood.
It might feel lighter compared to greens or whites, but reds are solid in their own way.
And hey, you can always mix it with white or green and get a whole new vibe :)

Red is honestly the most confusing strain to me. They say it’s all about relaxation, pain relief, and has very mild stimulation. I don’t use it often — mostly just for variety — and usually mix it with other strains.

Not bad at all )) Though I personally prefer the Thai Green (everyone's got their own taste, right?).

Попробовал. Чай неплох. Но что определенно на высшем уровне - качество обслуживания, професионализм продавца. Наличие пробников разных сортов. Вообщем из 4 магазинов, работающих в данной теме, рекомендую этот. Заказ получил в течении суток. Надеюсь на расширение ассортимента. Всем спокойствия и мира. Магазину - процветания!

Доброго дня. Заказываю только у этого селлера потому что чай - ну просто непревзойденного качества.
Сама пью его для достижения концентрации, изменения настроения, снятия болезненных ощущений во время месячных.
Выбираю дозировку в 0.5-1 грамма и не понимаю как некоторые тут его пьют по 5-10 гр.(для упорки?).
"Стаж" употребления - более полугода, 1-4 раза в неделю.
Хотелось бы выразить свое мнение о кратоме(любого сорта): осторожно, данный чай вызывает физическое привыкание, важно это осознавать.
Так же добавлю, что тайский красный оказался обалденным сортом ;)
